Make sure you are putting a & to start it as a daemon, otherwise you are
probably stopping the process when you try to run dynagen. "dynamips -H 7200
&", "ps -ef | grep dyna" will confirm it's running, "netstat -u -l -n", will
tell you if the process is listening.
