RMON and SNMP

Dear Members,

I am trying to configure RMON and SNMP to generate an alarm and log the
activity. IN DOC CD this topic is very limited and have only one
example. Could you please let me know from where I could get insight of
RMON topic and how I integrate it with SNMP....I tried to generate an
alarm on Dynamibs but it give me error and could not see the command in
sh run as well

In addition, from where do I have to look for IP event Dampening
