Not sure why they can't. Especially in an ACL. You may not be able to put
them in an "ip address" command, but we're filtering them, not trying to use
them!

if I remember right, according to some reports, not all OS can actually
utilize some of those deprecated IPs which were assigned to RIRs because of
IP stack implementations... Any comments?
