As far as the issue is concern to run Full Lab on Laptop I am not sure
anyone have success unless he have more than 3 GB RAM. I am using IBM
T2500@2 Ghz with 2 GB ram (Xp) and could not simulate full IE Lab. To
run Dynamips you have two options,

1: Use ram to save CPU cycle
2: use CPU cycle to save RAM

I was using first option in my case. Dynamibs crash once PF usage is up
to 1.9GB

To rectify this issue I bought Quad core Intel computer (Server 2003)
and doing the Labs. For switching I have 2 x 3550 switches where I test
and practice all switching tasks which I could not run on Dynamibs...At
the same time I have developed a compact topology in which I am using 5
routers and a switch for Laptop. For switching I have another
topology....

Laptop is handy during office and traveling and desktop is on Public IP
and I could access it from anywhere.

Regards
