I would recommend stating at Dell's website, and go through the storage
products they offer. The make a simple, reliable, good storage product.

Move up the chain with Netapp and Brocade- two other big storage players.
I consider Netapp a NAS, as its iSCSI... Brocade is a popular san switch
player, used with the DELL and other san lines.

Last if you are brave enough, read up on EMC Clarion and other really
high-end SANS.

Hi Friends,

   I got the assignment :) to design storage network (SAN or NAS)
architecture for one client & i realize that i am too bad ): in this part
of networking. I ask my boss to assign it to other people, but he feel i can
do that. I need your help to sucessfully execute it as i dont have even
basis knowledge on design part of SAN or NAS

   Any knid of help (in terms of suggessting site/books/whitepaper) is
really appritiate.
