Hi GS:

I just got a brand new Dell, with 2GB ram and Q6600 (that four cores running
at 2.4GHZ each). I have checked my idlepc value, and tried Windows as well
as vista. Starting 1 device runs me up to 26% CPU, and at around 4, I am
almost at 100%. Could someone PLEASE help me with this?
