Its your baud rate, sounds like its set statically on the 3750 in Rmon
mode...youll need to staticly change it.... Try setting the baud rate to
115200 if youve already tried 9600...youll need to find what it is at
before youll be able to go in Rmon to reset back to 9600
:)

If you are using the console port to connect to the switch you might
want to check your console settings, you want 9600 baud, and no flow
control.

my 3750 switches keep showing some funny character whenever I started
the switch. every character I type result in a different characters, So
I formated the flash and load a new IOS into it using XModem command.
but the problem still persist and I suspect my Memory could be bad, Any
help please is welcome.
