Thanks for quick reply, but it will be more helping if you can give more specific tips. Recommended book list is quite long... I have no problem with reading it... I know I have to read it at the end of the day. But filling this gap I need more tailored down list. Which can speed up my understanding.

Wendall Odom's book will help. Other than that, read some of the books on the recommended reading list, you will need the knowhow for lab prep anyway,
and pour over the recommended whitepapers on the written blueprint. Don't rush written prep, the reading will help you for lab prep.
