Well at first it seems an easy question, but I dont completely understand
the last part of your requirement, maybe the diagram is not completely
clear, but I will try.
I will do an etherchannel between both fastethernet interfaces in each
switch(totally 200 M).
For the etherchannel load balance method, well, I think it depends, in your
diagram, you do not reference a layer 3 device? , a server or a pool of
servers? , where are located the clients?
It depends of all that factors to choose the correct load balancing method
in the etherchannel.
The default is " src-mac " based.
