Using Call Manager to unlock doors

I wonder if any of you have configured this: the customer wants to be able
to unlock the reception door by dialing an extension. The door uses badge
access and the security system is ESI. ESI told me I need a Relay Output
Device connected to their equipment but they did not provide any vendors. I
am assuming that this Relay Output Device will connect to an FXS port on a
gateway and when I dial that extension I could use DTMF to unlock the door
or even configure the FXS to auto-answer and that would unlock the door.

Have any of you implemented something like this? Any suggestions of vendors
would be very much appreciated.
