Per my feeling, AVAYA system is much stable in large big call center.
Most of call center are build based on AVAYA solution instead of CISCO.
AVAYA has more features in reporting system as well. If you want setup
call center, AVAYA should be good for you. If for enterprise use, Cisco
is cost saving solution. You may ask GOOGLE for more detail in
technology side.....

I am currently evaluating VOIP products for my company. Can anyone

I went through some search engine and it has a lot of articles and post
about Aavaya has better products but not much Cisco side articles.
I was believing CISCO VOIP, call manager, unified solutions, are far
better
than other VOIP vendor products but right now not sure.
