Whatever the router ID that you will use. As long as it is unique, this
should be fine.
If you don't want to bother with changing this from your loopback address,
then fine, use the loopback address.
I used to assign router-ids xx.xx.xx.xx for simplicity that's all but there
is no harm in using loopbacks...
