These type of specific "what's in the lab" questions can't be answered, as to do so would be a major NDA violation, for which hopefully Cisco would strip some credentials. Read the blueprint and go with what your gut tells you to. I personally find it hard to understand current technologies without first knowing the legacy technologies that they succeeded, so I personally studied such things, regardless of whether I was concerned they might be on an exam or in a lab. But that's just me and how my mind works...
