I guess there is always gonna be good and bad feedback. I found ccie2be very
good value for money, I used them pretty much exclusively during my studies.

Whether it be accessing their racks or obtaining refund
for very unreliable services?
 
I have had nothing but problems this week with either
accessing the equipment or devices crashing.
