Yes, they have a sluggish customer service. I bought 120 4 hour sessions and
they nearly forgot about it. I have used cconlinelabs of Tony Schaffran for
more than 18 months now, devices are excellent and their support is superb
and super quick. I have also use Internetworkexpert and racktimerentals,
they all are very good.

Whether it be accessing their racks or obtaining refund
for very unreliable services?
 
I have had nothing but problems this week with either
