It's always a good thing to state your rids, just to make sure that you don't do
something later which causes them to change (ie., add a lo with a higher
address)
This is to say, IF the lab directly states do not specify the RIDs in BGP/OSPF
then dont do it, but be aware that your RID may change.
If the lab does not state it, then change them to meet a task or make sure you
don't cause the RID to change.
If you are really unsure on lab day, as the proctor.
