Hi Dinesh,

If the questions say you should, then do it. If they say dont, then dont.

If they dont mention, I would hardcode them, to avoid running into any
issues with possible additionally configured loopback interfaces (that
could take over your existing router-ids) and affect some of the
configs that you might have done (virtual-links, etc).
