Hi Nagendra,
if I remember correctly, I had the same problem while doing lab 20.
After some (hours of) reasoning I found out that there was a layer2
loop. I managed to solve the problem by enabling stp among the l2 tunnel
protocols on SW4:
interface range f0/13, f0/15, f0/19, f0/21
l2tunnel-protocol stp
