IE Mock lab : service tcp-small-servers versus ip tcp timestamp

Hi,

In a mock lab they are asking to configure a router so that he will reply on tcp echo requests and put a timestamp on it.

I configured it with

ip tcp timestamp

but according to the solution guide it should be

service tcp-small-servers .

I looked at both commands and they are doing the same thing except that tcp-small-servers is enabling some other small services.

Am I overlooking something ?
