You pose an interesting question. I don't think anyone will argue with
me saying that we are most likely entering a recession for the next
year / year and a half. If this is like the last recession in 2000-2001
there will be a giant sucking sound for all UC work. The reason being is
that business do not upgrade their phone systems when they are laying
people off.

Once the recession ends, there will be yet another uptick, and you will
be able to do voice work again. But how many Voice IE's will get churned
out over that time? I am guessing enough to fill the backlog.

If you chose to do your SP you have the challenge of only having one POD
active at any time in RTP. But when you do pass it, in a position to
leverage the whole MPLS in the enterprise movement.

So, in short, if I was in your shoes, I would be nailing the double IE
with SP and then move to voice afterwards.
