Hi,
 
I was working on IEWB for dynagen Lab 1, Section 7.1 QoS - FRTS. I have a doubt regarding what should be the sollution.
 
Question goes like this - "R5 should send at an average rate of 128Kbps on DLCI 513 to R3."
 
My doubt is since the question talks about "SEND" should the command in map-class frame-relay be :
 
frame-relay cir out 128000 (which would leave the cir in to the default of 5600)
 
 
OR
 
frame-relay cir 128000 (which would affect both in and out)
