Native VLAN.

While configuration native VLAN on a Router "R2" and Switch (SW2) I
noticed that I could not ping R6 attached to SW3 and in debug ip packets
on R2 I noticed that
it shows encapsulation fail message. What should I check to rectify
this issue.

Configurations are as follows

R1:
Int f 0/0
Ip add 192.1.12.1 255.255.255.0
No sh
==============================

SW1:
Int f 0/ 1
Sw mode acc
Sw acc vlan 11
============================

R2:
Int f 0/0
No sh
Int f 0/0.1
Enc dot1q 11
Ip add 192.1 12.2 255.255.255.0
No sh

Int f 0/0.6
Enc dot1q 6 native
Ip add 192.1.26.2 255.255.255.0
No sh
============================

Sw2:
Int f 0/4
Sw tr enc dot1q
Sw mode tru
Sw tr native vlan 6
==============================

R6:
Int f 0/1
Ip add 192.1.26.6 255.255.255.0
No sh
===============================

SW3:
Int f 1/6
Sw mode acc
Sw acc vlan 6

I could ping R1 but could not able to ping R6. While doing debug on R2,
I noticed that I am getting encapsulation failed message between the
link R2 - to - R6.

Please do let me know what mistake I am doing. If u require
configurations, Please do let me know and I will provide SH RUN & Debug
output.

in addition, I would like to ask one concept Question.. I have defined
Vlan 6 as native between R2 & sw2 trunk link, how VLAN 6 packets will
pass the link between SW2 & SW3... "Tagged or Untagged" I believe they
will be tagged packets as the native VLAn for this link will be VLAN 1

Thanks for help and support in advance

Regards
Amir
