hmmmm - this subject just won't die.......
I know the proctors are very good and clever but my experience has
been they go to lunch with you and are with you the entire time.
If they can mess with your lab remotely from the lunch room then I am
truly in awe !!!!!
At the risk of coming under fire, proctors messing with your config
is a load of rubbish.
I once had a chat to several proctors at networkers one year and was
impressed by their view of the exam and their general attitude to
candidates - they really want you to pass.
In their view - the exam is hard enough on its own - if you get
through it, you deserve your number. They are not going to sabotage
your efforts - it would be unethical.
