Ahhh that works, but what if I have other networks that I want advertised
between the spokes. I'm trying to see if I can do this without
default-information originate and prefix-list 0.0.0.0/0 applied to a
distribute-list out, which would filter all my networks

Looks like all you need is split-horizon.

for
the frame cloud. I have 4.0.0.0 and 5.0.0.0 on the spokes R4 and R5 and
I
want to filter 4.0.0.0 from R5 and vice versa.
