When configuring a static route for use on a multi-access network; you have
the following options:

a. Point the static route to a next-hop address

b. Point the static route to an exit interface

c. Point the static route to an exit interface And the next-hope address

Assuming a router has one path (physical and logical) to that
destinationAND *IF* CEF is the switching method usedwould method A and
method C be equal?

My understanding is if CEF is not enabled; method A would cause the router
to perform a lookup to identify the correct exit interfacenot sure if the
same occurs if CEF with enabled?

Thanks.
