IP RTPpriority versus route-map priority-queue

Hi,

I've been going over the RTP possibilities and notices some difference between
the following commands :

int fa0/0
ip rtp priority lowport highport bw

and

class-map RTP
match protocol rtp

policy-map RTP
class RTP
priority XXX

When you define ip rtp priority the bandwidth is limited to the specified number even if there is more bw available.
When you use policy-map bw is limited when there is congestion otherwise you can use more bw.

I'm not really able to test it , can somebody confirm this , or does somebody have practical experience with it ?
