Hi Subodh,
I implement same scenerio with Dynamips and found same error
%Error: FastEthernet1/8 Service Policy Configuration Failed.Only Police
Action S
upported.
Even though I did not use police command in policy-map .
One thing I marked if I changed port to layer 3 port by "no switchport" it
accept the command.Require more investigation !
