Tunnel int MTU Size and Physical Int MTU Size

Experts,

If MTU size on a tunnel interface is set to 1514 and the physical
interface that this tunnel is using to reach its destination (say
fa0/1) has set its MTU size 1500, do you think that can create problem
for the tunnel to communicate its destination and drop the eigrp
neighbor relationship with the neighbor on the other end of the
tunnel?
