I found it by hitting the IOS 12.4 master command list, discovering that
the "ip traffic-export" command was under the "security" heading,
skipped over to the IOS 12.4 security configuration guide, then browsed
topics until I came across it. IP Traffic Export is under "Part 7:
Secure Infrastructure".
