Hi David,
Time off to study can be very helpful. If you want to do a bootcamp I would
cover some serious ground first though.
I work fulltime and have a young family. It isn't easy but it can be done.
I do my labs evenings and weekends. Been at it 9 months now and I'm getting
there so take heart that it can be done. You just need to be methodical and
patient. I find a couple of hours when Im fresh helps me make progress and
the hours you clock do add up over time. I find now I get more out each
session, and so will you as you climb the curve. Taking my time hasn't
hindered my progress.
