Hi Nate,
Bipin has already explained about default-information originate with always
keyword. I would like to add here is that if you
configuredefault-information originate without always keyword then the
default route should be present in your routing table.
But, if you give "area <area-id> nssa default-information" then it is not
necessary that the default route is present in your routing table.
