I do not have the Work Book of IPExperts (I assume this is the work book you
refer here)
but both scenario will and should work one is the legacy FRTS and the other
using the MQC although technically your second config using the FRTS will
not work until you put frame-relay traffic-shaping command to activate the
FRTS.
both scenarios using the main frame-relay interface so both are using only
one queue the advantage of the FRTS in frame-relay is that you can assign it
per DLCI so each will have its own queue instead of global share and in that
map-class you can nest an MQC policy for more detailed and flexible QoS
Policy.
