Let's say you are in a CCNA lab exam (Just a joke).

But honestly speaking, it all depends what protocol you should be using, if
the protocol is NOT specified and you are free to use what ever you like to
use, i would recommend what you have done :
But remember that is you do use IPv6IP you are using protocol 41, whereas,
if you have not specified the mode of the tunnel you will be using protocol
47:

*Note when IPv6 traffic is tunneled over IPv4 networks, one edge router
encapsulates the IPv6 packets inside IPv4 packets and the other edge router
on the other end, will perform de-encapsulation. This technique will provide
connectivity to the two IPv6 networks without having to convert the cloud to
IPv6, the protocol in use is protocol 41, this can be seen if a "debug ip
packet detail" is enabled and a ping ipv6 to the other end of the tunnel is
issued. Remember that this is one possible method of transitioning from IPv4
to IPv6. There are many different solutions to this issue.*

* *

s=10.1.12.1 (Tunnel1), d=10.1.12.2 (Serial0/0/0.12), len 120, sending, *
proto=41*
tableid=0, s=10.1.12.2 (Serial0/0/0.12), d=10.1.12.1 (Serial0/0/0.12),
routed via RIB

*If the tunnel mode is NOT defines this is the protocol that you will be
using:*

IP: s=10.1.13.3 (Tunnel13), d=10.1.13.1 (Serial0/0/0.31), len 124, sending,
*proto=47*
IP: tableid=0, s=10.1.13.1 (Serial0/0/0.31), d=10.1.13.3 (Serial0/0/0.31),
routed via RIB
