Before rebooting you can do a quick check to see if inverse-arp is the
problem.
sh frame pvc | i DLCI
and then you can try mapping the IP to the DLCI manually and see if you get a
successful ping. Something else may be jacking up the link.
But then, rebooting has fixed my insanely frustrating problems on two
occasions in the last 3 months, so that could do the trick too. :(
With a few exceptions, secrecy is deeply incompatible with democracy and with
