Hi Cyrus

If you take 7164672 / 1794560 = 3.99 so it is 4:1 ratio

probably what happened is you changed the delay on one of the path
interfaces and it took longer then you hoped for to take affect, as you can
see on the first you delay for the eth is 100100 microsec and on the second
time the delay is 60100.
