RIP passive interface command not showing up in the config

I have a weird situation, maybe someone here can enlighten me as to whether
I'm missing something or ran across a bug (typically it's the former).

Rack1R1(config)#router rip
Rack1R1(config-router)#default passive-interface default
Rack1R1(config-router)#no passive-interface Ethernet0/0
Rack1R1(config-router)#do sh run | i passive
Rack1R1(config-router)#

The router appears to have eaten my commands.
