If you have internal users spamming you have bigger problems and stoping the
outbound spam really is not getting to the root of the problem
If it is your internal users actually doing the spamming tell them to stop
or face being RBLed
If its spyware/virus issues that are generating the spam on behalf of your
users then an anti virus/anti spyware on the desktops will due.
