Ahhh.... Spoken like a true unbeliever. :)
I'm not about to get into a Mac vs. PC war because I honestly don't care. I
run both. My primary laptop is a PC because there are many more apps for it
in the areas that I typically play in. For desktop publishing and
photo/movie editing, the PC still hasn't caught up to the MAC, and I've used
Macs for that stuff for almost 20 years now.
Just like in the vendor wars for networking, if you make snap decisions on a
brand for some unknown reason (or perceived reason) you are just doing
yourself/company a disservice. Know your options, and use them where
needed. Everything has its place in certain situations.

always did. Jo, you can use any brand of PC. Get a quad core, more bang for
your buck.
