This is about yout lot, I think they are assuming you know TCL and use it to
tie things together.

I also bought a book with the intention of making a router do more, for
example in the event of a type of log message bring an interface up etc
using TCL, but most of the material out there is for web scripting.. so
never had much luck beyond the ping script.
