The default TTL value of EBGP message is 1.Now if you want a peering
between routers using any interface than connected interface, the TTL value
shoud be increased as the hop number of hop count.So to manipulate the
default TTL value ebgp multi hope is used.In the case of IBGP peering this
command is not required as its default TTL is high.
