The prefix length is implicitly specified in a separate field in NLRI of
MP-REACH-NLRI, unlike regular BGP NLRI, where the prefix length is
explicitly specified.
You can easily find out the alignment of different fields of BGP update
message if you do a packet capture of MP-BGP update
