vpnv4 length?

hi,all,
I know the vpnv4's length is 96 bits from many mpls materials. The RD
is 64-bit,and IPv4 prefix is 32-bit.I didn't know why it is not
include mask bits,and where the VRF routing table know the mask of
VPNv4 route from?
