From the following list, is there anyother election winning mechanism missed out.

- Election winning criterias
  - Spanning tree
        Root-bridge election - Lowest bridge-id WINS
        Root port election - Lowest cost, Lowest forwarder's bridge-ID, lowest forwarder's port
   priority and lowest forwarder's port number.
        Designated port - Lowest cost, Lowest forwarder's bridge-ID, lowest forwarder's port
    priority and lowest forwarder's port number.
  - OSPF
      - Highest Priority followed by Highest IP address wins DR election
  -Multicast
      - Highest IP address wins RP election
      - Highest IP addres wins Mapping agent election
      - Highest IP address wins IGMP Querier election
- HSRP
    - Highest priority followed by Highest IP address wins active router election
