If you are only concern with outbound traffic, then, perhaps, policy routing could work:
access-list 110 permit ip "your criteria"
route-map SubnetC permit 10
match ip address 110
set interface "Outbound Interface"
route-map SubnetC permit 20
Of course you then apply the policy to an ingress interface(s)
