day before should be relaxing! A relaxed mind will get you further in the
lab exam!

Do you think doing an 8 hour practice lab the day before the real lab would
be counterproductive?
On one hand I think it would keep techniques fresh in my mind but on the
other hand it might burn me out for the real lab.
