Hi,
I can run 13 devices with Core 2 duo @ 2.33ghz with 2 GB ram
without significant performance impact using XP 32 bit. The real
problem is... one of the dynamip instances will crash on avg every 30~60
mins.. this sux hard.. eventually I gave up and turn back to remote
labs.. Now I only use dynamips for module practice. I supposed
dynamips is more stable on linux based on that others had commented.
Cheers
lx

All /darklordrouter,
You have core duo ,Ok What is its processor speed ? is it below 2 Ghz?
Can any one tell me how many devices can work smoothly on
(core 2 duo 2 Ghz + 2 Gb Mem + Windows XP as i did not have exp on
Linux) or
it is useless to spend your time on Dynamips for 2X2 Ghz + 2 Gb Ram
Thanks
