RE: Caffeine

This has been a really interesting thread.

I gave up drinking caffeine a month before my lab. It was the best thing
I ever did. I used to crash in the mid-afternoon, and if I drank coffee
mid-afternoon I got quite jittery. Once I stopped drinking caffeine (and
got past the first 2 days of headaches) I found I felt consistently better
all day. To this day I still don't drink caffeinated beverages on a
regular basis (never if I have a choice).

Also I tried to sleep right after a long study session. I read that
sleeping after studying helps retention. Seemed to work for me.

Good luck!
