I think both will do it since you have no Layer3 separation between
client and server.

now, if we choose the destination based lod balance method in SWITCHB
(from
the server traffic towards the clients), what do you think should be the

correct destination based balancing method?

mac destination based, or ip destination based?

assuming, there is a single vlan between the clients and the server? I
think it should be mac destinatin based insted of ip destinatio based,
please tell me if Im wrong.
