With a few assumptions..
Perhaps get the VPN client to start before you login to your home
computer (Options>Windows Logon Properties, check 'Enable start before
login' in the Cisco VPN client). That way you can connect to your
domain controller at login time and your drives will be mapped as per
normal work login.
Another method would be to write a script to run after the VPN client
has connected (Options>Application Launcher), however I think the
pre-login method is tidier.
