I can assure you it is not that way. I had attempted the lab twice in Dubai.
There is nothing like, proctor is more helpful or less helpful. It is as
everyone says,
it depends on how you put your questions across. Never ever think that he
will
give you the answer or hint towards the answer.
But I can tell you that the proctor in Dubai is a very pleasant guy. I feel
that is very important.
Never did he get upset, inspite of countless questions on both my attempts.
